Patrick began working in title in 1988, launching his career with an independently-owned firm that has since been acquired by international powerhouse Ticor Title. “I’ve never left the company that I started with, because despite changes to the name, I have always enjoyed the opportunity to work with a great team,” he reveals. “Our group remains family-oriented, ethical, and committed to providing our clients with reliable services. Those are qualities that are important to me not only in my business, but in my own life as well.”
His dedication to the well-being of his customers has earned Patrick a thriving book of repeat and referral business, as well as abundant professional recognition for his efforts. In addition to earning the coveted President’s Club and Chairman’s Club production honors, he has also been named an Affiliate of the Year with his local Board of Realtors®, and he proudly upholds himself to the standards of the award. “I put my customers’ needs at the forefront of my actions,” he explains. “I’m available, communicative, and forthright in my business.” Adds Patrick, “I’m so fortunate to work with a team of individuals who uphold my business philosophy. Our clients seek credibility and security, and we do our best to consistently meet their needs.”
In addition to his 20+ years of experience in the title industry, Patrick reveals that his clients appreciate the support and resources available through Ticor Title. Though he was born and raised on the East Coast, Patrick has made Southern California his home and has entrenched himself within the community of Orange County. Through an invitation by the Orange County Business Association he has served as Principal for a Day, enjoyed the opportunity to meet with the Mayor of Anaheim, and was fortunate to have audience with President George W. Bush. He is a proud parent to three children, Britney, Bella and Jack, who have earned all-star status in a variety of sports.
